Boosters
the Sweet Valley Middle School's cheering squad. The Unicorns had started the Boosters. There are also non-Unicorn on the Boosters, Amy Sutton and Winston Egbert.
Wolverines
the name of Sweet Valley Middle School's basketball team.
The Unicorn Club
a group of girls who thought they were the prettiest and most popular at school. Elizabeth had nicknamed them "The Snob Squad". They always wore something purple everyday to remind everyone that they were special. Unicorn meetings always involved the same subjects-boys, movie stars, singers, the latest fashions or the newest make-up tips.
The Angels
a club that were actually former members of the Unicorn Club. They composed of Elizabeth, Maria Slater, Evie Kim and Mary Wallace. They left the Unicorns because of their differences and they became the rivals of the Unicorn Club.
Eight Times Eight Club
Also known as the Eights, this club were made up of eight eighth-graders and were all obnoxious. Headed by Amanda Harmon, their president, the Eights like doing things to compete with the Unicorns.
The Droids
Sweet Valley High's punk-rock band, The Droids, is everyone's favorite music to listen to. They usually play during school dances and at the Beach Disco. The band members were Dana Larson (vocalist), Guy Chesney (keyboards), Emily Mayer (drums), Max Dellon (lead guitarist) and Dan Scott (bass guitarist).
Gladiators
the name of Sweet Valley High's football team captained by Ken Matthews.
The Sweet Valley Sixers
a sixth-grade newspaper of the SV Twins series. Elizabeth is the editor and their English teacher Mr. Bowman is their faculty adviser.
Phi Beta Alpha
an exclusive sorority at Sweet Valley High. Jessica have gotten herself and Elizabeth to be members, and although Elizabeth eventually resigned, claiming the group was too snobby, Jessica had been elected president.
SVH Cheerleading Squad
Jessica co-captained the squad first with Robin Wilson then with Heather Mallone in the SVH series. Despite her bitter rivalry with Heather, they pushed it aside to win second place in the Nationals.
In the SVH: Senior Year series, Jessica and Melissa Fox were up for captain of the squad, but neither of them became captain. Their cheerleading adviser chose Tia Ramirez instead.
Phi Epsilon
a fraternity at SVH. This is mostly dominated by Bruce Patman and his friends.
The Oracle
the school newspaper of the SVH & SVH: Senior Year series. Elizabeth is a regular staff member where she has her "Eyes and Ears" and "Personal Profiles" columns and writing feature articles for the newspaper. Other Oracle staff includes Penny Ayala (Editor), Olivia Davidson (arts editor), John Pfeiffer (sports editor), Maria Slater and Mr. Collins (their adviser).
Baja Beat
a band where it had won second place in the Battle of the Bands competition. Andy Jenkins is the lead guitarist.
Burnouts
a group of rough kids in school.
Club X
a thrill-seeking group where members are dared to do dangerous things. The members were mostly guys and Jessica is the only female member. Because of their stunts, Club X got disbanded.
Outdoors Club
a mountaineering club in Sweet Valley High headed by Travis Hanson. Andy Marsden joined this club to prove himself a well-rounded, involved student citizen for his college application.
Theta Alpha Theta
a sorority in the Sweet Valley University series and is considered the most prestigious house on campus. Jessica and her friends are members of the sorority. Their president is Magda Helperin and Allison Quinn is their vice-president.
WSVU
a campus television station of the SVU series headed by Elizabeth and Tom Watts.
The Black Students Union (BSU)
an organization concerned about the black students and the issues they were facing. Bryan Nelson is an active members of the group.
Sigma
a campus fraternity at SVU headed by Peter Wilbourne III.
Zeta
another fraternity at Sweet Valley University headed by Jay Knox.
Delta Chi
a fraternity at Sweet Valley University.
SVU Substance Hot Line
a hot line center open for people who has a problem with substances such as alcohol and cigarette. Alexandra (Enid) Rollins is a volunteer at the hot line.
Sweet Valley Shore Squad
a lifeguard squad headed by Ryan Taylor which is mentioned in the Sweet Valley University series.
South Beach Squad
another lifeguard squad headed by Rachel Max. They are the archrivals of the Sweet Valley Shore Squad and its members are snobs.

Sweet Valley Tribune
a newspaper mentioned in the SVH: Senior Year series where Ken Matthews' dad works and Will Simmons eventually became an intern after getting injured.
The Scope
a news magazine where Elizabeth had been an intern later in the SVH: Senior Year series.
