  • Sweet Valley Twins/ The Unicorn Club


  • Fowler Crest (on-going)
    A magnificent Spanish-style mansion, that Lila Fowler and her father live in. It's situated on a hill overlooking the town and located in one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Sweet Valley.



    Sweet Valley Child Care Center
    A community centre set up for low-income parents to leave their children at, while they’re at work. The Unicorn’s got into trouble and were consequently punished by having to perform 30 hours of community service for the local Child Care Centre. They ended up liking it so much, that after their "punishment" was complete, ended up volunteering their services to the centre, for a couple of afternoons every week. The Angels also help out here.



    The Unicorner
    A cafeteria table located in the SVMS cafeteria, where the members of The Unicorn Club, sit at everday for lunch. They occasionally allow other people to join them as well.

  • Briggs Heights
    Sweet Valley's local trailer park. Both Damon Ross (and his family) as well as SVT's Sophia Rizzo (and her family) live here

    Vito's
    A pizzeria located near SVJH, which is a popular student hangout. Its inner decor consists of red vinyl booths and its jukebox is constantly playing cheesy Italian love songs.

    The main mall in Sweet Valley that is located in the town centre. *Within the mall you'll be able to find the following shops and stores:



    * Bibi's
    One of Jessica’s favourite clothing boutiques.



    * Casey's Ice Cream Parlor
    An ice-cream parlor which is one of Elizabeth and Jessica's favourite hangouts.



    * Foxy Mama
    One of Jessica's favourite shops which sells sexy clothing.



    * Kendall’s
    One of Jessica's favourite shops within the Sweet Valley twins series.



    * Lisette's
    Jessica and Lila's favourite clothes boutique, which stocks the latest fashions. The outfits within the store, are sometimes too expensive for Jessica to be able to afford.



    * Lyton and Brown’s

    * North's Jewellery Store
    A jewellery store.



    * Precious Stones
    A jewellery store, where Steven buys earrings for Jill Hale at.



    * Sedona
    A make-up store where Elizabeth worked at part-time within the SVHSY series.

    A boutique where Jessica borrowed a gown from to wear in the Miss Teen Sweet Valley pageant.

    Beach Disco
    A favourite hangout and dance club of the twins’, when partying with their friends. It is built off a rocky over-crop that juts out onto the beach and has its dance floor is also suspended over the ocean on tall stilts.



    Bobo’s Burger Barn
    A fun restraunt where you're able to draw on the tablecloths, and get a balloon when you leave.



    Castillo San Angelo
    A beautiful Spanish mansion which holds an elegant restaurant, as well as a beautiful public garden. This is where Elizabeth and Sam Woodruff meet up at, for their secret date. She also comes here with Todd.



    Castle Cove
    A secluded, white-sandy beach, surrounded by tall cliffs.



    Cedar/ Fenno Street
    Two seedy areas in town.



    Chez Sam
    One of the most poshest restaurants in Sweet Valley.



    Cote d’Or
    An expensive and elegant restraunt nearby Malvina.



    Crescent Beach
    A beach in Sweet Valley, where Olivia Davidson’s ashes were scattered, at the end of the SVH series. It is also mentioned within the SVH: Senior Year series, as being the spot where Conner McDermott and his friends party at.



    Cypress Point Cafe
    A tiny, secluded, very expensive and romantic restaurant that can be found overlooking the surf over at Crescent Beach.



    Dairi Burger
    Sweet Valley High's most popular hangout, where almost every student hangs out at after class. The Dairi Burger was destroyed in the earthquake.



    Feminine Mystique
    A boutique that sells lacy nightgowns.



    Guido's Pizza Palace
    A pizza restaurant occasionally mentioned within the SVT and SVH series. In SVHSY, Jade Wu is seen to work here part-time, after getting fired from both First and Ten and the House of Java.



    Hampshire Place
    A new mall over in Sunset Hills, a nearby town in Sweet Valley.



    Hunts Photography
    A photo studio where Elizabeth and Jessica go to get their photos taken, as surprise Christmas gifts for their parents.



    Izzy's Incredible Ice Cream
    An ice cream parlor located within El Carro. This is where both Quarter (Ken Matthews) and Freeverse (Olivia Davidson) meet up at, within the SVH book, Mystery Date.



    Jackson's Bluff
    A high ridge, overlooking one of the best surfing beaches within Southern California. Also known as the make-out spot, for the students of Big Mesa.



    Jackson's Foreign Cars
    An auto shop where Jessica can be seen flirting with the mechanics, while the old Fiat Spider – that she and Elizabeth share – gets repaired.



    Joshua Fowler Memorial Hospital
    A hospital owned by Lila's family, that is also named after her grandfather.



    Kelly's Roadhouse
    A seedy bar that has the most notorious reputation over any other bar in the whole Valley.



    L' Autre Chose
    A chic coffee bar close to the Sweet Valley Mall.



    La Maison Blance
    The most elegant and expensive restaurant in Southern California



    Lake Tahoe
    A clear mountain lake, a few miles away from Sweet Valley.



    Leeward Isles
    A popular restaurant.



    Mata Hari's
    The boutique where Elizabeth and Jessica bought their prom dresses from.



    Miller's Point
    A rocky cliff area, with an incredible view, that overlooks the town of Sweet Valley to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the West. Also known as the SVH couples make-out spot.



    Ocean Terrace
    A seaside restuarant



    Pierre Marchand’s Dry Cleaners
    The dry cleaners where Jessica takes Sue’s wedding dress.



    Plaza Theater
    An old classic movie house which Elizabeth frequents quite often with her friends, as well as on dates with Todd.



    Secca Lake
    A lake where the twins host and have their barbecues, parties and camp-outs.



    Silver Door
    One of the most exclusive salons within Sweet Valley.



    Sweet Valley Regency
    A hotel in Sweet Valley



    The Box Tree Cafe
    A favourite place amongst the SVH students, for dates to take place at.



    The Boston Shop
    A shop where snobby people do their shopping.

    A tenpin bowling alley where Elizabeth occasionally goes to with her friends.



    The Moonbeach
    A restaurant in Sweet Valley, mainly featured within the SVH TV series, but seldom ever (if ever) within the SVH books. Winston Egbert (Michael Perl) is manager of the Moonbeach within the show.



    The Palomar House
    Sweet Valley’s finest restaurant



    The Shady Lady
    Known as being one of the sleaziest bars in town and is located right across the street from the Dairi Burger.



    The Shore House
    A fancy restaurant that serves seafood and overlooks the beach



    The Surf Shop
    A shop where the twins get their surfing gear from.



    The Whistle Stop
    A restraunt where Johanna Porter waits tables at.



    The Western Building
    The Sweet Valley news building



    The Valley Cinema
    A movie theatre



    The Valley Inn
    A place where Steven Wakefield takes Tricia Martin to on their first date



    Things for Girls
    A store presumably selling things for girls :-/ Jessica ends up wiining a $25 gift certificate from the pageant, to spend here.

  • Sweet Valley High: Senior Year


  • Al Fresco's
    A health-food restaurant on the beach, that Evan Plummer coaxes his friends into going to.



    Fantasy Island Fun House
    A kiddie arcade where Jessica and Jeremy Aames have their first ever date, as well as where he celebrates his 18th birthday.



    Garden of Eatin'
    A restaurant where Evan Plummer tends to go to - particularly after swim practice. He brings Jessica on a date here within the SVHSY #15 book, On My Own, and later on, both Jade and Jessica within book #27 Playing Dirty.



    Healthy
    A health food store, where Jessica works part-time at at the beginning of the SVHSY series. She gets fired however, when Elizabeth fails to show up for her shift.



    House of Java
    A coffee shop where Elizabeth (and later Jessica) work at, together with Jeremy Aames. It is owned by Mrs. Scott and managed by her daughter Ally. Other workers include Corey Scott (Ally's sister), Suzanne, Nancy and Danny.



    The Riot
    A night club where Elizabeth, Jessica and their friends occasionally frequent within the SVHSY series. Angel Desmond also works here on a part-time basis, in order to earn some money before going to Stanford University for college.



    The Shack
    A club in Palisades, which Conner McDermott has performed a gig at.

    A dive bar near the SVU campus that’s popular with the grad-school crowd.



    Coffee House
    A coffee shop near the University, which is described as having “…small wooden tables covered with small white cups and flower vases cluttering its main floor.”



    Fraternity Row
    An area dubbed “Fraternity Row” by the students of SVU, due to all of the fraternity and sorority houses being lined up on both sides of the streets.



    Hollow House
    An abandoned mansion on the edge of the SVU campus.



    Oldies but Goodies Theatre
    A movie theatre in Sweet Valley, that shows old and classic films.



    Organic Palace
    Sweet Valley's popular healthy food store.



    The Duplex
    An off-campus apartment, that Elizabeth and Jessica both share together with their roommates, Sam Burgess and Neil Martin (latter part of the SVU series).



    Valley House
    A home for abandoned and abused children.



    Yum-Yum's
    A hip, just barely off-campus coffee bar, where Jessica works part time at

  • Dickenson Hall
    The dorm which Elizabeth and Jessica live in at the beginning of their freshman year.



    Oakley Hall
    An all-female dorm –with the exception of Winston Egbert - the only guy who lives there.



    Parker Hall
    The dorm which Alexandra Rollins lives at, together with her room mate, Trina Slezniak.

  • Big Mesa
    A neighbouring town where Jeremy Aames and Trent Maynor both live.



    Bridgewater
    A wealthy community fifteen minutes away from Sweet Valley. Sam Woodruff lives here.



    El Carro
    A neighbouring town in Sweet Valley, which sees its high school get destroyed within the earthquake. The school administration went on to send 500 of its students to Sweet Valley High and the rest on to Big Mesa, while the school is being rebuilt.



    Palisades
    A town where Jessica's boyfriend, Christian Gorman lives.

    A school of which the Wakefield twins and their friends attend during their 2nd grade - Sweet Valley Kids series.



    Sweet Valley Middle School
    A school of which the Wakefield twins and their friends attend during their 6th and 7th grade - Sweet Valley Twins series.



    Sweet Valley Junior High
    A school of which the Wakefield twins ended up being rezoned to in the aftermath of the earthquake - Sweet Valley Jr High series.



    Sweet Valley High
    A school of which the Wakefield twins and their friends attend during their high school years - Sweet Valley High series



    Sweet Valley University
    The College of which the Wakefield twins and their friends attend during their freshman/ sophomore years - Sweet Valley University series.



    Big Mesa High
    Sweet Valley High's rival high school.



    Bridgewater High
    The school which Sam Woodruff attends.



    El Carro High
    A neighbouring school in Sweet Valley. El Carro High was destroyed in the earthquake at the end of the SVH series. Half of its students were transferred to Sweet Valley High, while the rest were transferred on to Big Mesa High.



    Hillhaven Preparatory Academy
    One of the most expensive and exclusive boarding schools in the country.



    Lovett Academy
    A private school about a half hour away from Sweet Valley.



    Orange County College
    The college of which Sam Burgess attends.



    Palisades High
    The school which Christian Gorman attends. This is where the Battle of the Junior Classes is held.



    Whitehead Academy
    A private and exclusive girls school, up coast in Bridgewater.
